I have yet to be able to produce any particular issue... what version of web2project? What version of the importer? What version of PHP?

Are you willing to send me a copy of the file itself?

Thanks for your atention.

I am using Version 1.2.2 of web2project, and version 3.2 of project importer, the server configuration is as follows

Database Version: 5.0.81-community
Database Collation: latin1_swedish_ci
PHP Version: 5.2.6
Web Server: Apache

The example file has a project and the genertaed xml file, this happens on every example a made, with a very complex project file or a very simple one.

Thanks again for yout help, this is searously limiting the use of web2project.

Could you attach it in a zip or gzip?

If so, I'll look at tackling this sometime in the next few days.

Thanks for your kind atention caseydk

Because i have a slightly complex project to set up in web2project and in desperate need to have a web based project control y tried to install dotproject with project importer v2 and try to import my xml file. to my surprise the same thing happens, is it possible that i am looking on the wrong place?
Could it be some php configuration? or mysql? that limits the number of inserted records?
I am a newbie to this so i would apreciate any pointers you coud give me.

Thanks!!

Jp

Ah... this sounds like you're hitting either a memory limit or a time limit.

Can you turn on debugging and let me know the results? Just edit base.php and change this line:

Quote:
ini_set('display_errors', 0);

to this:

Quote:
ini_set('display_errors', 1);

Thanks!
