I can not find the reporting functions (which I presume is similar to dotproject) for my installation. I also get an error message that my installation is missing ticketsmith.

How do I find reports? How do I install ticketsmith? Thanks!

Update: sigh; found the reports link. But I'd appreciate any help on ticketsmith -- thanks!

Here's the specs:

Hi Mr figgles,

Ticketsmith didn't make it to web2Project. And will not be included on web2Project ever.

You may want to follow the Helpdesk module from the web2project-mod.
You will find more information on the Add-on Module forum.

Cheers and I am glad you found the reports Smile

Pedro A.

Pedro,

I'm not exactly a fan of tickets -- but I do see a "tickets" menu in my upper left menu bar -- is that because my data started life as a dotproject project?

Much thanks!

Yep that's exactly it.

Cheers,

Enabling reports, or any module, is actually a two-step process:
Enabling the module
Enabling the menu for the module.

The "Enable Menu" is on the right of the enabled module field. Are both settings enabled?

Nope, my install is an import from dp as well. I've attached a screenshot of only the reports row; compare yours to mine. I've "highlighted" the reports row.

Interesting. Do you see how I have my environment info in my sig? Can you tell us what your version info is likewise?

Huh. I'll have to defer to the heavy hitters on this; sorry!

So the problem is that the Reports link doesn't appear on the Project View screen? Could you send me a screenshot?

web2proj imported all my companies but there is no ownership on them

when i apply a filter by user it shows none
in the databases is ok the owner field has the value of the correct userid

what can i do

in projects the same issue

i found the problem

the ownership was ok in the tables but owner filter was wrong

i fount this sollution

in modules/companies/index.php line 52 looks like that
owner_list = is_array($allowedArray) ? array_merge($baseArray, $allowedArray) : $baseArray;

and it should look like

$owner_list = is_array($allowedArray) ? ($baseArray + $allowedArray) : $baseArray;

the explanation

the function array_merge modifies the indexes when merges the two arrays
if you use + it does not modiff indexes

Thanks, I just applied that fix to companies/index.php

What did you have to do to add Reports to the header navigation? I assume you called the registerModule method or did you do it another way?
